Family-focused reviews and ratings
We loved our family trip to Oxford! The hotel was a little quirky, spread over two buildings, but the rooms were spacious, new, and spotless. The staff went above and beyond, even giving us a free dinner because our room wasn't ready right away. Our kids loved it!
My stay was okay. The room was comfortable enough, and the bed was amazing. However, the bathroom was a bit tired and could use some updating. The location was great, but the lack of daily housekeeping was disappointing, given it is advertised as a 4 star hotel. The staff were friendly, but the overall experience felt a bit below expectations for the price.
Oxford was amazing, and this hotel was a great base for exploring it all. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was great! A very enjoyable trip.
My partner and I had a pleasant stay. The location was great for exploring Oxford, an easy walk to the city center. The room was small but comfortable, and despite being basic, it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and cute, making our experience really nice. The breakfast wasn't great, but that didn't ruin the overall experience.
A lovely little hotel, perfectly located for a peaceful stay in Oxford. Friendly staff, great location for exploring Oxford on foot. The only downside was the breakfast service was a bit slow due to understaffing. Would happily return.
