We loved our family trip to Oxford! The hotel was a little quirky, spread over two buildings, but the rooms were spacious, new, and spotless. The staff went above and beyond, even giving us a free dinner because our room wasn't ready right away. Our kids loved it!

The location was great, but the lack of daily housekeeping was disappointing, given it is advertised as a 4 star hotel. My partner and I had a pleasant stay. The location was great for exploring Oxford, an easy walk to the city center. The room was small but comfortable, and despite being basic, it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and cute, making our experience really nice.
